We have in depth project development and management experience with a track record of working alongside local "not for profit" and statutory sector organisations to build projects, which meet needs identified by the community.

- social and community enterprise development; having worked closely with public and not for profit organisations to develop effective third sector service delivery agents and to encourage greater self-sufficiency for community organisations
- project development, bid development and monitoring of European funded programmes including Objective 2 and 3, Global Grants, and the Equal programme
- cultural and creative industries development including: community arts and festival programmes; television, film and music production training and business advice schemes, marketing and events promotion
- community asset development including capital project management of new build and refurbishment programmes particularly for training and community workspace development schemes
- community and estate based information and community technology projects and on line learning and business support programmes
- consultancy support for developing quality management systems such as ISO 9001: 2000

Urban Inclusion is able to draw on a wide range of independent consultants whenever specialist skills are required that fall outside of our own areas of expertise.
Fees
We charge for work done, either at an agreed daily rate or at a fixed cost, with no nasty surprises. The initial discussion meeting is free, titlehough we may ask you to cover our travel costs. You will be given a dedicated named lead consultant who will oversee your project from beginning to completion drawing on expertise from other team members as necessary
